| The Ohio Pain Initiative is a statewide, 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization located in Columbus, Ohio, committed to ensuring that persons in Ohio with pain will receive optimum pain management through education for health care professionals and the public. There is a significant and continuing problem of the under treatment of thousands of Ohioans with pain who are suffering due to myths and knowledge deficits regarding appropriate and effective pain management.
